Professional Planner

Neglia Engineering Associates has an opening for a Professional Planner with an AICP certification and a New Jersey Professional Planner’s (PP) license, as well as COAH plan certification.

Qualifications include an undergraduate and graduate degrees in planning and/or associated discipline with five years of professional experience.

Critical tasks include generating and reporting site plan reviews for North Jersey municipalities.

Candidate will have to have provided expert testimony before New Jersey planning and zoning boards and be willing to provide expert testimony at evening board hearings

Other planning tasks include master plan re-examinations, new master plans and COAH (housing element) plans.
